We offer a range of high quality products for Mazda’s roadsters – suspension, superchargers, intercoolers, clutches, exhausts, roll bars, brakes and servicing – and the know-how and the installation services that can transform the performance and handling of your roadster. But let's be clear - we're not just a parts dealer - we like to get our hands dirty. We have an in-depth mechanical understanding of servicing Mazda Miatas and MX-5s thanks to many years of working on and under them. When you talk to TDR you get the benefit of our broad experience for free and you can feel safe in the knowledge your "baby" is in the very best hands. If you are in the Dallas, Texas area we can perform full mechanical services on your Miata. Vendor Spotlight: RevLimiter 🔥🏁

Okay, this one is personal.

Adam at RevLimiter has worked his magic on two of my own Miatas — Aloha NC and Puff, my little pink NA — so when I say I’m a fan, I mean I am a FAN. 😍

RevLimiter is one of those names in the Miata world that just gets it. The details matter. The gauges matter. The personality matters. And Adam has an incredible eye for turning something as simple as a cluster into a piece that feels completely custom to the car.

Aloha NC has her own look.
Puff has hers.
And somehow both still feel perfectly them.

That’s what I love about RevLimiter. It isn’t just “here’s another part.” It’s taking something you look at every single time you drive and making it special.

TDR Community Spotlight: GlowShift ✨📈

If you’re going to add power, you might as well know what the car is doing while you’re enjoying it. 😂

GlowShift has built its name around aftermarket gauges and gauge accessories, with options for things like boost, oil pressure, oil temperature, water temperature, air/fuel ratio, and more. In other words — all those little numbers Miata people suddenly become very interested in once the modifications start. 😏

They also offer gauge pods, mounting solutions, and plenty of options for putting that information somewhere you can actually see it without turning the dash into mission control.

They aren’t individually listed on our TDR vendor page, but they’re another recognizable name in the performance world that deserves a little spotlight.

Because horsepower is fun… but knowing what that horsepower is doing is even better. 😉

TDR Community Spotlight: Moss Miata 🌱

Some names are simply woven into the Miata world, and Moss Miata is definitely one of them.

They’ve been helping Miata owners maintain, restore, personalize, and upgrade their cars for years, with everything from replacement parts and interior pieces to performance goodies and those dangerous little “well, since I’m already ordering…” additions. 😂

And they’re part of our world here at Track Dog Racing, too — we get most of our Cobalt headers through Moss, so plenty of those boxes have made their way through our shop over the years.

They may not have an individual spot on our vendor page, but they absolutely deserve a little love in this series. Companies like Moss help keep these little cars on the road, on the track, and happily draining our wallets one Miata part at a time. 😉

Spotlight 💡: TRACKPREP PERFORMANCE

We officially made it through every name on our vendor page… but we’re not quite done shining that little spotlight yet. 😏

There are companies, shops and people in this industry who may not have their own individual spot on our vendor tab, but that absolutely does not mean they haven’t earned a little love from TDR.

So we’re keeping this series going for a few more rounds.

And first up: TrackPrep Performance. 🏁🔥

This is one of those relationships we really appreciate because it comes from being part of the same performance community — seeing a need, engineering a solution, helping each other out and making better parts for the cars we all love.

TrackPrep is behind some seriously nice pieces, including that beautiful billet brake-related hardware sitting right here in our shop. It’s the kind of part that makes you stop, pick it up and immediately appreciate the thought and machining that went into it.

And apparently they also understand the quickest way to our hearts: stickers and candy. 😂🍬

That little bag showed up with TrackPrep goodies tucked inside, and you already know we’re suckers for a good sticker around here.

So while you may not see TrackPrep Performance listed individually on our vendor page, they absolutely deserve a place in our spotlight.

Vendor Spotlight 💡: WIX FILTERS — THE GRAND FINALE!

And just like that… we have officially made it to the LAST vendor on our spotlight list. So we’re not sneaking quietly across the finish line. 😏

We’re ending with a name almost every car person recognizes:

WIX Filters. 🔥

WIX has been in the filtration business since 1939, building oil, air, fuel and other filtration products for everything from everyday vehicles to heavy-duty and performance applications.

And let’s be real — filters aren’t usually the part people gather around the car to admire. Nobody pops the hood and says, “WAIT until you see this oil filter.” 😂

But protecting what’s inside that engine? Keeping oil clean? Keeping contaminants where they belong?

That’s pretty darn important.

Around Track Dog Racing, we appreciate the flashy stuff. Superchargers? Absolutely. Race seats? Yes please. Big brakes? Bring ’em on.

But a good build is also made up of all those dependable little pieces quietly doing their jobs in the background — and WIX has been one of those trusted names for generations of car people.

So it feels pretty fitting that they get to bring our Vendor Spotlight series home. 🏁🐾

And while this may be the last vendor on the vendor tab list, it’s really been one giant reminder of how fortunate we are to work in an industry filled with companies making some seriously good stuff.

Vendor Spotlight 💡: WISECO

Now we’re getting into the good stuff. 😏

Wiseco is one of those names that immediately gets the attention of anyone who has ever talked about building an engine, adding boost, or asking for more than stock ever intended to give.

Best known for their forged pistons and performance engine components, Wiseco has been a trusted name in motorsports and performance builds for decades. And when you’re talking about a Miata that’s going to see more power, more heat, more RPM, or more track time, what’s inside the engine matters just as much as what you bolt onto the outside.

Vendor Spotlight 💡: WILWOOD

We spend a whole lot of time around here talking about making Miatas go faster…

…but eventually you’ve gotta STOP the little thing. 😂🛑

Enter Wilwood Disc Brakes.

Wilwood is one of those names that is instantly recognizable in the performance and motorsports world. They’re known for high-performance braking components — calipers, rotors, brake kits and all the pieces that help turn “OH BOY” back into “we’re good.” 😏🏁

Vendor Spotlight 💡: TIMKEN

Sometimes the best vendor spotlight is simply looking around the shop and realizing, well… apparently we really like these guys. 😂

Timken has been around since 1899, building a reputation for engineered bearings and related components used across automotive, industrial, aerospace and plenty of other applications where reliability matters.

Around TDR, you’ll find those familiar orange-and-black boxes in more than one place — including bearings and wheel-bearing components for our Miata world. And judging by these shelves and the workbench, we might have a few. 😏

Bearings aren’t exactly the flashiest part of a build. Nobody pulls into Cars & Coffee and says, “Come look at my wheel bearings!” But when you’re talking about keeping a car rolling smoothly and reliably — especially one that may see some spirited driving or track time — quality matters.

That’s exactly why Timken has earned its spot on our shelves and on our vendor list. 🏁🐾

Vendor Spotlight: Supertech Performance 💙🏁

Some parts get all the attention. Others quietly make sure the engine survives what you’re asking it to do — and Supertech Performance has built its reputation around exactly that kind of work.

Supertech specializes in high-performance valvetrain and engine components, including valves, valve springs, retainers, guides, seats, keepers and other pieces designed for demanding street, race and high-RPM applications. Their products are used across a huge range of motorsports and performance builds, so this little blue box comes with a whole lot of engineering behind it.

When you’re building an engine, the little pieces matter just as much as the flashy ones. More RPM and more power mean your valvetrain has to be ready for the job too.
