Attention loyal customers of Custom Frequencies Car Audio.
I keep receiving more messages about the following and i want clear the air a little bit.. If in the past months ether you had a work done with us regarding to; Headliners, Speaker pods and T***y panels and if you have not received any of the product and you have a receipt under the following name corresponding to; Custom Frequencies Car Audio. I apologize to say i fired my co worker for misconduct behavior and other personal reasons that i prefer to keep to myself, with that being said he no longer belongs in our team. Single installer is how this business is being ran like it has been in the last 4 years of business. Headliner work I won’t be able to take any of it in until further notice, speaker pods, t***y panels with appointments, yes. At the moment i am very focused on what i currently have on my hands. With that also being said, if you didn’t shake hands with a short guy which is me. Then no business was made under my actual business. I do good work, clean work and treat your vehicles and belongings with respect. Yes, time frames has been backed up due to new location and other reasons. But i am making sure that slowly but surely those customers get the work and service they deserve. I pray that none of this caused any inconvenience. Specially with the people waiting in line for the correspondence. I am working hard on my end to get it all situated to bring to your hands what belongs to you the right way.
