Homes With Heart 25 : The Nicholas

A home is more than four walls and a roof; it’s a place to find safety, stability, hope, and a fresh start.

Through Homes with Heart25, you have an opportunity to receive The Nicolas, a newly built Florida home.

Go to HWH25.org to get your ticket. A portion of the proceeds benefits GraceWay Village.

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: Sandee Robinson

When Sandee moved to Fort Pierce to be closer to family, she was looking for a way to stay active and serve her community. Her daughter had volunteered with GraceWay Village before, so she reached out and found a place to make a difference.

She has volunteered for many years and chose GraceWay Village for its many opportunities to serve local families and individuals in need.

One of her most meaningful experiences came while serving PB&J sandwiches as an extra addition to the meals. Seeing how grateful and happy the families were to receive a little something extra reminded her just how much a simple act of kindness can mean.

“I feel God is using me to help His people.”

For her, volunteering is a blessing. She makes herself available whenever she can because she understands how important it is to have people willing to step in and serve.

Her advice to anyone thinking about volunteering?

“Come and take a tour, meet the staff and other volunteers.”
She looks forward to many more years at GraceWay Village and is excited to see the ministry continue to grow and create new opportunities to serve our community.

We are so grateful for volunteers who show up with willing hearts, helping hands, and a desire to serve wherever they are needed most. Thank you for being part of the GraceWay Village family!

What a creative way to give back!

A wonderful Friend of GraceWay Village donated a “Meal in a Bag” to help our neighbors in need. We love seeing innovative and thoughtful ways like this to make a difference in our community!

Sometimes helping can be as simple as putting together the ingredients for a meal and giving a family one less thing to worry about that day.

Thank you for thinking of GraceWay Village and the neighbors we serve.

Not only did SouthState Bank donate more than 1,200 pounds of food last week to help stock the GraceWay Village Pantry, but members of their team also came out and volunteered during one of our Service Nights!

From filling our pantry shelves to serving alongside us, their support is making a real difference for our neighbors in need.

We are so thankful for community partners like SouthState Bank who don’t just give…they get involved.
