Customer got lucky on this one put a rear timing cover resealed motor and got this customer back on the road

Customer came in with a excessive oil leak, upon further inspection found rear timing case cover cracked. after disassembly I think we know what caused it, customers extremely lucky motor did not gr***de. we put a new cover back on and resealed the front of the motor no more oil leaks and customer is extremely happy and ready to put another 500,000 on this 479,000 mile 12 valve.

Put a nice little turbo 400 together for this customers 55 nomad, been working on this car for a couple months, doing numerous upgrades including 3:73 gear set from a 2:56 and upgrading front suspension. there will be more to come on this ride, we are not done yet

Customer came in with loss of coolant, overheat condition and was told by dealer no problem cannot locate leak. Customer drove truck and had added over 20 gallons of coolant to system before coming to us. We performed our diagnostic and found EGR cooler leaking internally to be the root cause of overheat and coolant loss condition. In the process of driving vehicle, DPF was overheated and damaged from coolant. EGR cooler and DPF were replaced and vehicle repairs verified.
