Three-year-old Emma was forced to sit under the dining table while her stepmother told her she didn’t deserve a seat.
Everyone watched silently.
Then the mansion doors opened.
Her grandfather Victor walked in.
He saw the little girl, the cold bowl on the floor, and the tears on her face.
He picked her up gently and asked, “What happened, sweetheart?”
Emma couldn’t speak. She only held him tighter.
Victor looked at her stepmother and calmly said:
“You call this discipline? I call it cruelty.”
The entire room went silent.
