Bitter sweet delivery yesterday. This was our shops first LS swap on a Jeep. 1983 Jeep CJ and went with a 6.0l LS. This thing is a beast. We will miss her but I am sure she will be back this winter for a few more upgrades!
Been slacking in the video Dept. Just a little update.
Took Luzy down to Skaats this morning to get our baseline tune and dyno done. She performed well. 158hp to the rear wheels and 213 ft lb of torque. Considering that off the show room floor this car was getting about 125hp to the rear wheels.
Shout out to Nick Skaats for a great training session on the Sniper EFI system and getting us some baseline numbers to build upon!
New project in the NAS shop this week. 1969 Corvette with the original 427. This one should be fun!!! Follow for updates and share any ideas or comments you might have.
Here we go… exhaust time!
And it begins!!!! If you are curious about Nostalgic Automotive make sure to follow as this is what we are capable of.
Still wrenching but she loves it.
And she breathes for the first time in a long time!!! Luzy is alive again and just about ready for her trip to the DMV!
