Just an FYI.
If you are looking to buy a fun little vintage travel trailer from the '60s, whether it has been renovated or not or even if you are intending to renovate it yourself.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!!

Before you buy it, crawl underneath it and take a good long look at every square inch of the trailer frame and the subfloor.
The metal trailer frame is narrow and extends from the trailer tongue and hitch back to the axles and is only about 3 to 4 feet wide.
A lot of times any part of the trailer that exists behind the axle, as well as around the perimeter, rests on a wooden frame instead of the metal frames that exist now. If the subfloor and frame has not been properly maintained or resealed (over the last 50 to 60 years) then there is an abundance of opportunity for water damage and wood rot which immediately becomes a structural issue, especially if the wood rot exists in the wooden portion of the trailer frame.
