I can't even begin to express my feelings over the last couple of weeks. I have been reading about and dreaming about having a dyno machine for years. Now here I sit feeling like a little kid with a new toy. I have always strived to up my game and this is probably one of the largest steps accomplished.

So many people have helped me and my shop to continue to grow and be successful. You all know who you are....customers, friends and family you have made my dreams come true! You are ALL GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! THANK YOU!....Jimmy

As you all know I like to show messed up stuff on my page here. This one could have cost my customer his life. He brought bike in for some primary leaks. We'll as I was looking over his bike I found his rear tire like this with a huge gouge out of it. How did this happen? Somebody had put a long ass bolt through the seat and fender to hold the seat on. Oh did I mention it had air ride on it? Horrible situation that could have killed someone.

Moral to the story if you don't know what your doing don't do it. This customer was smart enough to bring bike in and have me look it over. He did ride it here though ....not good.

Riding motorcycles is dangerous...don't make it more dangerous.....jimmy

If you are replacing intake seals or your intake for any reason it is imperative that you build out your throttle body and air cleaner backing plate BEFORE you tighten up your intake screws evenly. If not it can bind and mostly likely break expensive parts. It can also create misalignment between mating parts and create flow problems.

Its things like this that unless you do it all the time or do not have experience that can cost you money and or have a motorcycle that runs less than desirable....jimmy

Everybody always says on the 1999-2006 cam chain tensioners that they caught them before they came apart. That is all good and well but in reality these orange spring tensioner are doing damage to your motor from the beginning.

As the tensioners wear they are chipping off small particles and sending hard plastic pieces into your motors small oiling passages like piston oilers. I have seen it with my own eyes, oilers plugged up with plastic and not oiling bottom of piston.

If you own a 1999-2006 just get rid of the faulty design out of your bike.....jimmy
