This October, we are excited to partner again with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise awareness & support for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

There is currently no known cure for breast cancer, and early diagnosis is critical to survival. NBCF's mission is to provide help and inspire hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services. Thanks to the support of our communities, we were able to raise $19,285 for the NBCF cause in 2025. We're hoping to raise the bar in 2026.

Meet the Performance Plus Putt Squad! Folks from our West Branch & Houghton Lake teams hit the greens at Ogemaw Lanes & Lounge yesterday for the West Branch Area Chamber of Commerce Mini-Golf Challenge.

(most) Putts were sank (ARE YOU TOO GOOD FOR YOUR HOME?!) & many laughs were had. We may not be throwing a giant check in our backseat, but we sure had some massive fun. Already looking forward to next year's challenge!

Big scissors, bigger smiles. We had a ton of fun at our Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting event with the Byron Center Chamber yesterday. The Performance Plus journey started in 1990 in Wyoming, MI, where our family-owned business is proudly based out of to this day.

The opportunity to serve ALL of our neighbors is something we hold dear, but there's something particularly special about finally joining a community 'just down the road' from our home.

Thank you very much to our Byron Center team, the Chamber, Culver's for the scoops, and to everybody who supports our crew & this growing community by stopping by for service!

Old 27 Motor Tour - Day 6 & 7
Grayling -> Cheboygan -> Sick Michigan Miles -> Home

RAAAAAIN - we successfully avoided the wet stuff all week and it finally caught up to us on Saturday. We were all but 'trapped' by the downpour getting breakfast in Grayling, and decided to catch back up to everyone in Ga***rd instead of braving the torrents (roads were under half a foot of water in some places).

Alas, we made the trek from Ga***rd to Cheboygan and had a blast at the end-of-the-road celebration. In a final "November Rain" moment, the skies darkened once more for a crazy unexpected bout of downpour. Some wet seats were had, but nothing that could put a damper on our week of fun.

And it wasn't over yet! After catching everyone for a second at breakfast on Sunday, we set our phasers from Cruise to Speed, and shot down to Mid-Michigan Motorplex in Stanton to catch the final day of Sick Michigan Miles.

And that's a wrap on our 600+ mile journey through the center of Michigan! Big thanks to the group who stuck with us for the entire tour. We made so many new friends and memories on our first tour, and can't wait to see you all next year.

Keep an eye out for the 2026 recap video soon - initially planned to drop yesterday, but we wanted to take a bit more time to make sure the end result is truly worthy of the amazing experience we had.
