A failing alternator can stop properly charging your battery while you drive. Once the battery’s stored power runs out, your car can start losing electrical functions, stall, and eventually leave you stranded.

Mercedes Service A vs. Service B...
They're both scheduled services, but they're not exactly the same ⬇️

Service A is your more basic maintenance visit, while Service B is a little more comprehensive and includes a few extra steps. Both are important for keeping up with Mercedes' recommended maintenance schedules and catching small issues before they turn into bigger ones

It's not just a random combination of letters...

D = Dry
W = Wet
S = Snow

These letters are molded into the tread, and as the tire wears, they can help indicate which conditions the remaining tread is best suited for. That versatility is a big reason we like them here for our Michigan weather

This Volkswagen was sitting a little crooked because one of the springs had gone bad.

Even though only one side had actually failed, we replaced both. They’ve both been through the same mileage and wear, and putting one brand-new spring next to an older worn one can still leave the ride height uneven.

Basically, if one side is sitting higher than the other, we want to fix the actual balance of the car, not just replace the broken part and call it good.
