Now, about the job...
Automotive Lift Parts Management:
-Handle calls regarding automotive lift parts.
-Some over the counter sales.
-Help customer determine what parts are needed.
-Process invoices/purchase orders/shipping for orders.
-Handle parts returns.
Estimating Lift Repairs:
-Responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a repairs.
-Obtain accurate quotes for materials.
-Create Purchase Orders/Receivers for ordered parts.
-Communicate with technicians, warehouse and customer with needed follow up.
Qualifications:
-Intermediate computer skills a must. If you know how to play video games and set up Bluetooth you probably can call yourself intermediate!
-Good organizational and communication skills a must. Can you figure out how to keep priorities straight and make lists for yourself? Are you not afraid to order a pizza by phone? If so that's a great start!
-Familiar with QuickBooks or similar program a plus. QuickBooks is what we use for writing up invoices and keeping track of inventory. Doesn't take too long to learn but let us know if you already have used it.
-Background in automotive parts and/or mechanical repair a plus. Do you know how to change your oil, for example?
Starting pay: $19 to $22 depending on experience.
-Will train the right person.
-Overtime available at time and a half.
