We’ve been so busy, we missed our own 2-year anniversary! 😅

September 30th marked TWO YEARS of Big Mike’s Rentals, and I’m blessed and beyond humbled to see how far we’ve come.

Being in the rental business, I’ve seen the best in people and certainly the worst 😂. It’s taught me more patience than I ever thought I had, but taking care of our customers has always been my top priority.

Along the way, we’ve been recognized as Best of 352 in our industry and earned 169 five-star Google reviews and counting! That’s something I’m proud of!

To everyone who has rented from us, shared a post, referred a friend, left a review, or simply offered some encouragement, THANK YOU. Every like, comment, and recommendation has helped us get here. Building a business takes a lot, and your support has kept me going.

I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’m grateful to have y’all along for the ride!

I’m definitely not the best at marketing or making fancy posts, but one thing I do take a lot of pride in is how we treat people.

Whether somebody needs a trailer for one day, a load of rock dropped off, or a piece of equipment for a bigger job, I try to answer the phone, communicate, show up when I say I will, and help however I can.

Seeing reviews like these from local customers means a lot because that’s exactly what I want Big Mike’s Rentals to be known for.

We may not be the biggest rental company around, but I truly believe we’re one of the best when it comes to customer service.
