Today is Tim's birthday.

We lost Tim to su***de last fall. Tim was a lot like many of us. He was an automotive enthusiast; a technician; a motorcyclist; a story teller; an outdoorsman; somebody that loved his friends and family; and he had a great laugh. Also like many of us, he struggled to share his thoughts, feelings, and depression.

So today, in memory of Tim and too many others, one ask: if you're struggling, call or text 988, or visit 988lifeline.org. Talk to someone. It doesn't have to be a hotline; a friend, a coworker, anyone. Just don't carry it alone. 🙏

Happy Birthday, Tim. I miss you. 💔

Cassandra Thibeault and her husband, Alan Thibeault sit down with .dunstan21 and me for an open, honest conversation about mental health and their journey.

We talk about what it actually means to live with bipolar disorder, how it shows up at work and at home, and what it’s like to love and support someone living with it.
