: Broken Engine Mount

Your engine mounts do a lot more than simply hold the engine in place. They help support the engine, control movement, and absorb vibration while you drive.

This engine mount has failed, and when a mount gets this worn or broken, you may notice excessive vibration, clunking or banging when accelerating or shifting, or unusual engine movement.

And it’s not something you want to ignore. Excessive engine movement can put additional stress on other components and potentially lead to more repairs.

👀 See the cracked and separated rubber in this mount? That’s definitely past its prime!

If your vehicle suddenly feels rougher than normal or you hear a new clunk when shifting into gear, have it inspected.
