☕ A GOOD MORNING AT T&J.

There was plenty of good food, great conversation and a big gathering at our Syracuse Employee Breakfast this morning - but what made today especially meaningful was the reminder of just how special the people behind T&J really are.

President Dave Schneckenburger shared a company update with the team, and we’re excited to say there’s a lot of great news ahead for T&J. We’re proud of where we are, and even more excited about where we’re going - together.

We also had the privilege of honoring someone who has been part of that journey for an incredible 54 years.

Congratulations to Mark Binns, T&J Syracuse branch Service Technician III, on being named the 2026 Jim Antoine Perseverance Award recipient. Established in memory of longtime T&J employee Jim Antoine, the award recognizes someone who embodies the dedication, reliability, integrity, humility and perseverance that Jim represented throughout his remarkable career.

Mark is truly deserving of this recognition. For more than five decades, he has been someone his coworkers and customers could count on - sharing his knowledge, helping others and simply showing up every day ready to get the job done.

Mark, thank you for 54 years of dedication and for the lasting impact you've made on T&J. We’re proud to celebrate you and add your name to the legacy of this very special award.

Sometimes, the best recognition comes directly from the customers we serve.

Recently, our Schenectady Parts & Service Team was called to assist a Schenectady-area beverage company with a Mitsubishi forklift that was experiencing ongoing issues. With their equipment needed back in operation quickly, our Service Technician Paul went to work diagnosing the problem - and successfully got the forklift back up and running on the first visit.

The customer was so pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness and responsiveness of our team that they took the time to reach out and share their appreciation.

Our Sales Representative Josh, who helped support the customer throughout the process, shared the great feedback with our team and recognized the impact Paul's work had - not only in solving the immediate problem, but in helping strengthen the customer's confidence in T&J as their service provider.
