🔧 WE’RE HIRING — FLEXIBLE PART-TIME AUTOMOTIVE COUNTER HELP 🔧
Custom Import Performance in East Stroudsburg, PA is looking to add an experienced, reliable person to help at our front counter on a part-time, flexible basis — primarily mornings 🤓
This is NOT an entry-level receptionist position.
✨We’re looking for someone who already understands the automotive industry and can comfortably jump into a busy independent repair & collision shop environment.
What we need: 👇
• Minimum 2–3 years automotive industry experience
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling customers and handling the front counter
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and the ability to help prepare/write estimates
• Familiarity with automotive shop management/estimating software
• Organized, dependable and able to keep things moving when things get busy
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors and parts suppliers
⭐ BIG PLUS if you have experience with:
• Body & collision estimating
• Insurance claims
• Parts lookup and ordering
• Mechanical service writing
• Automotive management systems
This position will be primarily weekday mornings with flexible days/hours, with the possibility of additional hours when needed. It could be a great fit for an experienced automotive professional who wants to stay in the industry without committing to a full-time schedule.
💰 Pay based on experience and capabilities.
We’re a long-established, family-owned independent shop specializing in European vehicles, mechanical repair, diagnostics, body & collision repair, and insurance work.
