We had a blast hosting the second race of our Midweek Mayhem Series presented by Dubuque Laser & Fabrication, and we’d like to thank everyone who came out to race with us! The turnout, racing, and atmosphere made for an awesome night at the track. Join us in congratulating tonight’s winners. Join us on Wednesday, June 17th, as Sick The Magazine Sick Summer presented by Motion Raceworks makes its stop right here at Tri-State Raceway! Known as one of the wildest street car events in the country, Sick Summer brings together some of the world's quickest and fastest street cars for an action-packed day of racing, horsepower, and competition. The gates will open at 8am, with racing scheduled from 9am to 3pm. Spectator tickets are $30 online or $35 at the gate, and kids 12 and under are admitted free. Our second Midweek Mayhem of the 2026 season is happening this Wednesday, June 3rd, and we can't wait to see everyone back at Tri-State Raceway!

For just $20 admission, you'll enjoy a full night of racing action, including test and tune from 6-8pm and a FREE-entry bracket race beginning around 7pm. The gates will open at approximately 5:30pm.

Students get in FREE with a valid student ID, so grab your friends and come experience Wednesday Night Madness under the lights! We're looking forward to another unforgettable summer of Midweek Mayhem and hope to see everyone at the track this Wednesday night!

We had so much fun hosting the 2026 NHRA West Central Division 5 Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series 4th Annual Wick Buildings Race Shop Showdown Built by Dave River Construction, Inc. Points Race! Thank you to all of those who came out to race with us. Unfortunately, due to continued rainfall, we were unable to complete the event. However, we're looking forward to a well-earned weekend off before welcoming our points racers back the following weekend. At this time, we'd like to congratulate all of our shootout winners!

Unfortunately, this is not the outcome we were hoping for, but Mother Nature has won for today. Due to the significant rainfall and poor drying conditions, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the remainder of this weekend’s event. While we explored every possible option, the safety of our racers, crews, and spectators must always come first.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the weekend. Thank you to all the racers, families, teams, and fans who traveled here to Tri-State Raceway and supported the NHRA West Central Division 5 season opener!

Additional information regarding the completion of the event at SRCA Dragstrip in July will be shared as it becomes available. Racers still in competition will receive further details via email later this week.

Thank you again for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the track soon!

This is not the outcome we were hoping for, but Mother Nature has forced us to put LO51 on pause.

Due to the condition of the track surface after the storms that came through, combined with the humidity and weather conditions predicted, we do not feel it is possible to safely complete the remainder of the event. After careful evaluation, the decision has been made to postpone the race.

While this is not the news we wanted to deliver, the safety of our racers is first and foremost.

We want to thank everyone who traveled to Tri-State Raceway and supported the NHRA West Central Division season opener.

Additional details regarding the completion of the event will be shared as they become available. If you are still in competition, we will provide more information later this week via email.
