Firebird Raceway

Firebird Raceway Firebird Raceway offers events from late-March through mid-October, including the Nightfire Nationals every August.

Firebird Raceway is a family run facility sanctioned by the National Hot Rod Association. For better than five decades, Idaho's largest motorsport's facility has offered events starting in late-March and continuing through the end of October. Racers compete at Firebird from all over the nation at a wide-variety of races. The track's most popular events include the Ignitor, the Nightfire and Halloween Classic in October.

Spokane bound!

Team Firebird hits the road this week for the NHRA Division 6 Summit E.T. Finals presented by Hoosier Racing Tire, Sept. 3–6, at Qlispé Raceway Park.

It's been thirteen years since our last trip to the facility, and we're excited to return over Labor Day weekend with a full roster of racers proudly carrying the Firebird colors.

Four days of competition will include the team championship, Race of Champions, Best on Best, Gambler races and much more as tracks from throughout the Northwest Division come together for one of the biggest sportsman weekends of the season.

Firebird has earned nine track championships over the years, and you can bet we'll be giving it everything we've got in pursuit of number ten.

Safe travels and best of luck to every racer, family and crew member making the trip. Go Team Firebird!

The six-race Club Challenge Series came to an exciting conclusion on Friday night, August. 28th.

Congratulations to the overall team champions who held off a number of fierce challengers (a combined 33 clubs in total) this season.

Team Firebird is locked ’n loaded!

The roster is officially set as Team Firebird prepares to head to Spokane over Labor Day weekend in pursuit of our 10th track championship.

A full team of Firebird qualifiers will compete at the NHRA Division 6 Summit E.T. Finals presented by Hoosier Racing Tire Sept. 3-6, going head-to-head with racers representing upwards of 19 tracks from across the Northwest Division.

Earning a spot on Team Firebird is an accomplishment in itself, and we're extra proud to have this group carrying the Firebird colors to Spokane.

Congratulations to our 2026 Team Firebird qualifiers - best of luck to the entire team. We're looking forward to everything from the team race, the Race of Champions, Best on Best, Gambler races and many other fun activities going on over the course of four days and nights.
