Club car carryall diesel came in wanting some front cv boots replaced. While customer was still here we went ahead and done a 360 inspection, we always like our customers to see what we find in person when time allows. Once we got the rear end lifted off the ground we found it did not have a single bushing left in the rear end, you could swing the whole rear end a foot in each direction. The “bushings” that it did have left were some home made pieces of garden hose. Unfortunately the customer had just purchased it and was told it was ready to ride. We also found that the rear drive shaft, front ball joints, and all 4 cv boots in the front needed to be replaced.

We enjoy switching things up and fun little “builds”. This 07 club car carryall came in without a single bushing left, since it also needed some new tires we decided to go all out. 6” lift kit provided a huge increase in ground clearance and enough room for some 23” tires on some ITP rims. While we were at it we replaced all the shocks, brakes, and bearings. Waiting on some rear fenders and upholstery but she’s sitting perfect !

From time to time we get asked to help out on some gnarly builds. This renegade came in with a freshly built race engine (all we will disclose is race fuel and a bottle of nos). Our job was to pull both the front and rear diffs, replace all the seals, all 4 wheel bearings, brakes, and install some limit straps up front.

Can am defender hd10 max blew a belt, which took out both of the clutch covers (inner and outer). We pulled the clutches, cleaned and inspected both, replaced the covers and a new belt and it’s back to work on the farm. Customer ordered the covers last week from us, he dropped it off in the morning and had it back before the end of the day. Wasn’t even off the farm for a full day !

All 3 of these Hondas were dropped off by a customer to get them ready to go back to work. Only one of the ranchers ran, but was in desperate need of brakes and a full service. The green rancher hadn’t run in years; we flushed the fuel system, cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor, adjusted the valves, replaced all 4 CV boots in the front, reupholstered the seat, and fixed the front and rear brakes. When we went to do a full service, we found that the last person to work on it had installed the oil filter backwards. The Honda 90 had been sitting for a year or two; the fuel system was cleaned out, the carburetor was cleaned and rebuilt, and it received a full service, a new chain, and new rear tires. Less then one week turnaround for these repairs

This ranger 900 came in barely wanting to run, after a thorough 360 inspection we found that the PTO side injector was not spraying. After some intensive wiring repairs we got this ranger back to running like a top. Next up we had to address all the mechanical issues. At 12,000 miles with very little maintenance being done every single bushing, bearing, and brake pads were completely shot. On top of that the steering rack and pinion, prop shaft, and both rear axles were toast. There was not much that was not replaced or repaired to bring this ranger back up to usable condition. Thank goodness for Superatv complete bushing kits with rollers, the stock rollers were metal on metal due to ZERO bushings remaining. Back to work on the farm for this now “like” new ranger 900!

Rancher 420 came in not wanting to start, with our 360 diagnostic we found that the starter needed to be rebuilt or replaced. After rebuilding the OEM starter for a whole lot less than a new OEM starter, we noticed some noise from the top end and the customer asked us to adjust the valves and do a full fluid and filter service. After a full service and a valve adjustment, this Rancher 420 is back to sounding like a new Honda. The turnaround on this Rancher was two business days since drop off with no appointment needed!

Another member of the group from Texas, riding up at Mack's Pines, dropped off this RZR Pro XP when they picked up the RZR 1000 we replaced a broken front axle on. This Pro XP was getting random TPS check engine codes. We stayed late checking out the TPS system and found some frayed wires between the ECU and the front motor mounts. After repairing the bad wires and taking it out for a good test ride, we got another customer back on the trail in less than 24 hours.
