This past week we got to celebrate our quarterly All Hands meeting at ADESA Lansing in a new & exciting way!🎉

These meetings are a great opportunity to come together as a team, reflect on our accomplishments, recognize the hard work happening across the location, and stay focused on what drives our success.💙

A special congratulations to this quarter’s Values Champion for “There Are No Sidelines,” Brittany Still. Here is what Todd, our General Manager had to say.✨🫶🏻

Brittany was selected as our Quarterly All Hands Employee because of her ability to wear multiple hats for us! She handles all of our transportation needs, while also assisting with Commercial administrative duties. Recently she stepped up to help with Dealer Consignment due to our ISR retiring and while we are in the process of building our book of business. During this time she has been instrumental in contacting customers and getting new clients to offer their consignment with our auction. She also is our Facebook administrator and our new hire point of contact person. Her attitude is contagious and her willingness to jump in and help wherever it is needed truly defines the "No Sidelines" value.

We’re grateful for our entire team at ADESA Lansing for truly always being willing to jump in and help eachother.🥹
