Two new fully electric mobile clinics are on the road for AIDS Healthcare Foundation™️

Each van is laid out for a full patient visit, from intake to lab work, with:

→ Intake bench that converts to a motorized patient bed
→ Dedicated phlebotomy chair
→ Practitioner workstation with an adjustable, floor-mounted stool
→ Private restroom with a sample pass-through
→ Counter units with a lab sink, eye-wash station, storage, fridge, and locking freezer
→ Overhead cabinets for additional storage
→ Pull-out divider walls to split the van into sections for multi-patient flows
→ 15 kWh house battery, 1 kW solar, and Starlink for quiet, all-day off-grid care

Some highlights from last week, when we officially opened our new Detroit factory. What made the day was who was standing in the building. City and state leaders, the partners who took a chance on us early, the friends that kept us motivated over the last few years, and the team that actually builds the vehicles, all in one room. We are grateful to every one of them.

The floor was back to work by the afternoon. Fifty-five thousand square feet, twenty-five builders, and mobile clinics, command centers, and campers all coming through our new production line.

The biggest garage space we’ve ever made🤯 Check out the under-bed storage area in this fixed bed layout, with rugged flooring and space for multiple bikes, LED lighting for perfect visibility at all times, and extra storage cubbies for storing smaller items.

Our latest G3 just left the factory 🔥

You already know us for full wetrooms, induction stoves, and lighting that hits different, but this build? This one’s all about the garage space.

We’ve got a fixed bed with enough room underneath for hiking boots, luggage, and multiple mountain bikes. Just slide them in and go.

Oh, and we snuck in new upholstery and a clever new table design that makes accessing the dinette seating easier than ever!

The two mobile technology labs we built for are about to hit the road. The brief was to build something their team could use to test and demo new telecom equipment out in the field, while also using the van as a marketing tool to show off what they're working on.

So we did that, and then some. Dual large screens, a full-length desk with proper office chairs bolted to the floor, extra seating for guests, and a ton of connectivity hookups for all their equipment. The part I love most - huge window openings along the side so people on the street can literally stop and watch live demos happening inside.

JUST MARRIED ☘️🍾💍 .am.giakim and had a 100% kiss conversion rate at the Corktown St. Patty’s Day Parade - every single block. We rolled the electric G3 down Michigan Ave front and center as a parade float. Best test drive after. ☘️🍾💍

Red pill or blue pill? Either way you end up inside a demo lab.

The color scheme pulls from Nokia's brand, red and blue run through everything from the exterior logos to the interior wrap and upholstery details. It looks great, but none of it's just cosmetic. Every inch of the interior is designed around functionality - the screens, the desk layout, the chair placement, the equipment mounting - it all exists because their engineers and demo teams need it to work a certain way.

Form follows function. We just made sure the function looked great too.

We showed you how IDIA use their G2 and G3 at events around Arizona, but we realized we never actually showed you the finished G3 office we built for them!

This was one of the first G3 builds to feature our natural wall material, LED ceiling strips, and new module frame technique. The result is a clean, functional office with comfortable booth seating, stable bar stools and desk space, and plenty of storage for all the devices IDIA use to teach and demo out in the field.

P.S. Excuse the grain - we had to squeeze in a last-minute photoshoot while shipping the vehicle out at night 😅
