3R Performance is expanding our team!

We are looking for an experienced Race Technician. 3R works on a broad range of vehicles. Specific expertise across such a wide spectrum is not required, but a successful candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the automotive/racing industry, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills. You will have the support of our staff of expert and experienced fabricators, technicians, and management to help you get up to speed, but this is not an entry level position-you must be able to hit the ground running.


Core responsibilities will include:

Inspect and service all vehicles that come through the shop.

Diagnose/evaluate customer complaints and propose appropriate solutuions.

Research needed parts and components.

Work with Project Managers to source and order parts.

Communication with customers on technical details when required.

Create accurate initial parts and service estimate.

Communicate with Project Managers on in-progress projects including changes in estimates and completion/delivery timelines.

Respond to project specific vendor and customer emails and calls.


Compensation is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually and is paid weekly as a base hourly rate combined with a productivity based bonus. Details will be negotiated based on experience.
Benefits include PTO and health, dental, and vision options available after 60 days.

Happy Monday everybody! In this weeks Factory Five Daytona update, we have glass on the car! as well as some plexi glass door windows. We at the shop agree that everything looks a little more expensive behind glass, and as we all know, more expensive is more better! 😉
