There’s a lot that goes into building a vehicle like our latest medical outreach van - and much of it disappears by the time the vehicle is finished.⁠
⁠
Aluminum trims, bumpers, skirts and mountings designed and fabricated from scratch. Cabinetry custom designed and built. Penetrations and holes in the roof. Components modified to fit the custom environment. Wiring, plumbing, insulation, structure, mounting, sealing, waterproofing, testing… and plenty of measuring twice before doing something irreversible.⁠
⁠
That’s one of the things we enjoy about these builds. There isn’t a catalog of parts that turns a Sprinter chassis and an empty composite box into a mobile medical clinic. A lot of the answers have to be figured out by our team and their creative craftsmanship.⁠

Not every van we build is headed for the mountains to camp.

This one is heading somewhere people go to treat themselves and relax!

Just finished building a mobile hydrafacial spa, bringing together clean design, durable materials, smart storage, lighting, water systems, refrigeration, and a treatment space that feels calm the moment you step inside.

It’s a reminder that the skills behind a great camper van aren’t limited to camping. Thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail matter just as much when the destination is a client’s driveway instead of a trailhead.

Motorcycles and vans just make sense together.

One gets you there. The other gets you beyond there. Even the tiny ones like the Honda Grom unlock another level of adventure!

Over the years we’ve built countless vans for riding of every kind - trials riders, adventure riders, dirt bikers, racers, and for bikes without human power! Mountain bikers, road racers, triathletes and everything in between. We understand the details that matter: secure bike storage, gear organization, battery charging, wet gear management, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and off-grid capability to stay out a little longer.

Because we’re riders ourselves, these aren’t features we’re guessing at. They’re solutions born from our own weekends spent chasing trails, campsites, races, and adventures.

A great moto van isn’t just transportation. It’s the basecamp, workshop, gear room, hotel room, and campfire hangout all rolled into one.

For us, motorcycles and vans have always been the perfect pairing.

The best features are often the ones you don’t think about until you use them.

A Lagun table can move from dining area to workstation, swing out of the way when you need more floor space, and reposition or remove and stow to serve multiple seating areas.

Getting ready for the fifth delivery day this month!!!

For weeks, everyone has their own corner of the project - design, fabrication, electrical, cabinetry, upholstery, systems, finishing.

Then, right before pickup, the whole team converges to make pickup happen!

Cleaning windows. Wiping fingerprints. Testing systems. Adjusting doors. Checking details. One final look before it leaves the shop.

It’s always high energy, and it’s always worth it - delighting our customer is always the goal!

When this couple’s original power became unreliable, they wanted a solution they could trust for extended travel.

We removed the existing original EcoFlow-based installation and engineered a completely new electrical system around Victron power management and Epoch lithium batteries, while working within the constraints of the van’s existing cabinetry and equipment enclosure.

The result is a system that delivers greater capacity, improved serviceability, remote monitoring, long-term support and the ability #- packaged cleanly into the original footprint.

Upgrades included:
• Victron inverter/charger and power management
• Epoch lithium battery bank
• Remote system monitoring and diagnostics
• Improved service access
• Reconfigured wiring and protection systems
• Integration within the existing cabinet structure

Not every project is a full build. Sometimes the most meaningful upgrade is restoring confidence that your systems will work when you’re thousands of miles from home.
