After 45 years it’s time to rest and recover. I thank every one of you who have supported me and trusted me with your automobiles. With surgery looming just around the corner it’s time for me to put my wrenches away and prepare for the next stage of life. I with you all the best and hope to see you in the future. Turn out the lights, the party’s over.

Took a step back in time today. No service engine soon light, ABS light, traction control light, air bag light, etc. Rebekah didn't mind that there was no A/C. 1927 Ford Model T.

This seems to be a common problem with the Chrysler/Jeep 3.6lt engine and it doesn't seem to matter how often you have the oil changed. The camshafts, rocker arms and lifters have a tendency to fail. The left bank was repaired about 60,000 miles ago. Today we are repairing the right bank.
