Two good sized projects the last two weeks in the main bay. 548g3 skidder came in for a lot of preventative maintenance and some repair. All the leaks got fixed. Replaced all brake seals, axle seals and bearings and rebuilt a few hydraulic motors and valves. Then a 2015 t880 hydrovac for an engine replacement. It’s been very busy in the shop the last few weeks. Here’s what came through today.
23’ F-600 was in for intermittent lighting issues and a lot of other body control module problems. We found and fixed the bcm feed circuit in the fender causing the concern.
03’ 6.0 F-350 for manifolds and gaskets
17’ F-350 for a brake job, preventative maintenance, and a disaster prevention kit.

Here at TMD, we have been very busy, here are some of our most recent services, from lots of power stroke injectors and CP4 pumps to Cummins out-of-frame rebuilds, frame repairs, dozers, tractors, and everything in between. We have dealer-level software for most makes of light to heavy trucks, and some off road equipment enabling us to repair and service a vast variety of vehicles/equipment. Was a good week here at TMD. Lots of different projects in the works. Yesterday we did some simple maintenance on multiple fire trucks, we also added some extra load support to the squad truck to help keep it stable when pulling their trailer. To end the day we headed south to our good friends and got their 650j the love it needed. Split the track and swapped out the front idler and reassembled and headed home to close out the night. Thank you to all our customers who keep us busy and on our feet at TMD we greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve the local community.

Another customer back out on the road. This C-15 had sunken liners and in turn blew the head gasket. We cut counterbores and shimmed the liners back to spec and finished up the in frame with a rebuilt head and a different cam that will really help the injector and turbo combo on this truck.
