Do you have experience helping out in a body shop, but want to seriously learn the trade?

We're Matthews Motor Company. We’ve been in Covington, Pa for 30+ years and just built a brand new collision center. It’s climate controlled, has in-ground lifts, and the newest equipment in the region.

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years in a body shop as a helper, prepper, detailer, parts, etc. and we want to train you.

You’ll start at a great rate with raises tied to skills, not seniority. We’ll pay for your I-CAR training on the clock. You’ll have a real career path, from apprentice → B-tech → flat rate tech. We’ll offer toolbox financing help so you can build your set, as well as health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and a Mon–Fri schedule.

No degree needed. No perfect resume needed. We care about attitude, reliability, and whether you show up wanting to learn.

Are you looking for work in a body shop?
We just built a brand new collision center in Covington, PA and it's fully climate controlled. It has in-ground lifts at every stall, pro spot welders, Car-O-Liner frame equipment, Symach paint and process equipment. We are an I-CAR Gold Class shop.
We're looking for an experienced flat rate body tech
Flat rate is based on experience. You’ll have steady work, multiple DRPs plus 30 years of loyal customers. We offer health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO, Paid I-CAR training, with a Monday–Friday schedule. No Saturdays.
