Proven Performance is looking for a Front Desk / Service Advisor to join our team in Coos Bay, Oregon!

We’re a busy diesel performance shop that works on everything from basic maintenance and repairs to high-performance trucks and complete engine builds.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, friendly, and great with customers. You don’t have to be a diesel mechanic, but you should be comfortable learning about trucks and have the ability to communicate clearly with customers and our technicians.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and helping customers
• Answering phones and responding to messages
• Scheduling appointments
• Writing up repair orders and estimates
• Communicating with customers about repairs and recommendations
• Coordinating with technicians to keep jobs moving
• Ordering parts and helping keep jobs organized
• Handling payments and general front-office responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and in person
• Computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Automotive/diesel knowledge is a big plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team

What you’ll be doing:
• Diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks
• Engine work, maintenance, and performance upgrades
• Troubleshooting drivability and mechanical issues
• Working on real builds — not just oil changes (unless that’s part of the job)

What we’re looking for:
• Diesel experience (professional or strong hands-on background)
• Ability to diagnose, not just replace parts
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliability and a good attitude — drama-free shop
• Performance experience is a big plus, but not required
