At Forge, we believe that the growth and development of our team members are essential to our success. We're committed to providing opportunities for our employees to grow, strengthening both our workforce and our company.

In partnership with the Whitewater Adult Education Program at Ivy Tech Community College, we offer our employees access to a specialized Weld Certification Program at no cost. This 16-week course combines classroom instruction with hands-on training, covering key welding skills such as understanding weld parameters, identifying and addressing defects, and mastering various weld types. Upon completion, students must pass an American Welding Society (AWS) bend test to earn their GMAW (MIG) welding certification—valuable credentials for their careers.

A special thank you to Ivy Tech Community College, specifically Whitewater Adult Education Program, and our local community for your ongoing support as we continue to grow our business here in Connersville, Indiana!

First Forge Friday!

On Friday the team celebrated our rebranding as Forge Racks & Dunnage. While our President, Roger Marshall, updated everyone on last month's performance, the rest of us filled our bellies with delicious food catered by Homestyle Catering out of Lafayette, IN.

Our CEO, Ryan Kelly, thanked the entire team for their hard work and shared some of the exciting plans that he, and the rest of the owners, have been working on.
