Qualifications
*Valid Class A, B, or C Driver’s License (we’re willing to help the right candidate obtain the proper license)
*Clean driving record
*Ability to pass background check and drug screening
*Safety-minded and detail-oriented
*Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
*Must live in or near Monroe County, IL
*Towing experience not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Job Responsibilities
Our work varies day-to-day and includes, but is not limited to:
*Local and long-distance towing
*Accident recovery
*Winch-outs and off-road recovery
*Police tows and impounds
*Tire changes
*Lock-out service
*Jump starts
*Fuel delivery

General Job Information
*On-call responsibility is required. When on call, drivers must answer their phone and be able to respond quickly.
*Drivers take their truck home while on call and may use it for personal errands within Monroe County.
*Modern, fleet of well-maintained and clean trucks
*Rollback (flatbed) trucks are used approximately 90% of the time, with wreckers and specialized equipment available for more complex recoveries.
*Flexible scheduling with plenty of opportunities for extra hours and additional income

Pay & Benefits
*Commission-based pay: 30% of what the truck earns
*Full-time drivers typically average $900-$1,200 per week
*No cap on earning potential — more work equals more pay
*Health Insurance Available after 90 days
