Another successful same-day turnaround for one of our customers.

This vessel needed two air-conditioning raw-water thru-hull fittings and ball valves replaced. While the system was apart, we took the opportunity to eliminate the undersized, inefficient factory strainers and upgrade the vessel with new remote-mounted Groco ARG-755 raw-water strainers for improved water flow, easier maintenance, and greater reliability.

With the vessel's extremely shallow bilge, there wasn't enough room for a conventional installation. Our team fabricated custom aluminum mounting brackets to suspend the new strainers beneath the cabin floor, creating a clean, serviceable installation while maximizing the limited space available.

As the only shipyard on Clear Lake capable of hauling out catamarans, we're able to provide these types of underwater repairs, upgrades, and same-day haul-out services for catamaran owners—something that simply isn't available anywhere else in the area.

The Lone Star Shootout 7:00 PM Update: The fleet is still battling it out and putting up some impressive numbers. With (37) billfish caught since our last update only 3 hours ago, there has been a grand total of (139) billfish caught today. Keep an eye out for our next update tomorrow at 10:00 AM. POC PEOPLE

Lone Star Shootout 4:00 PM Update: The fishing is on fire! With (20) blue marlin, (23) white marlin, & (59) sailfish, that brings the total billfish count to (102) so far.
