I am just stopping by to give a shout out to the gentleman that filled my flat tire last night at about 730 pm. My 7 year old daughter and I were at Kroger and I noticed my back tire was almost flat. I went over to the gas station and the air machine was out of order. I thought I would just try your store to see if you had an air machine but didn't see one outside the store. A guy was moving stacks of tires outside and I asked him if there was one for public use. He saw I had my daughter in the car with me. He filled my tire, wouldn't take any money and I didn't even have to get out of my car. I work with the public and kindness like that is a rarity. I wish I had gotten his name....but thank you so much mystery man! I promise to pay it forward!
I just wanted to thank the awesome staff there again for staying late on Wednesday night to fix my flat. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. THANK YOU!
As my husband went to pay for his plugged tire they saw his police badge and told him it was on the house because they support law enforcement! ! We need more managers like this and more companies like this! Thank you! you will forever have our business :)
Once again I received terrific service and exceptional pricing from Tire Discounters-Cincinnati-12. The staff is so friendly and professional. I will continue to shop this store. The store at Ridge and Highland Avenues is FANTASTIC.
Was over charged by $200.00 when questioned the store about it we were told checks in the mail. Very upset why it could not be put back on the credit card it was charged from. Contacted corporate and if no results ASAP will contact everyone we can and make people aware that if you make a down payment they will steal it. This is what they did to my daughter I wonder if a man would have been treated this way.
