My wife's been coming here for maintenance on a more than regular basis for close to maybe two years now. The car's been burning oil more than normal that long. My wife called the dealership's maintenance and asked what she should do. Guy literally told her over the phone that she should drive it out and if the car breaks down they'll tow it. I can only assume this is to void your warranty because it would be negligence on your part. I called the dealership and brought it up, they got us an appointment. They had her do some test THREE TO FOUR TIMES where they put oil in the engine and marked the dipstick and told her she couldn't remove it to check the oil while the test was in process. Each test took 1k miles. I made sure to get this in writing. It was then determined that the catalytic converter was burning. At one point they had to change spark plugs. A quick search online of the 2015 kia soul exclaim shows literally that burning oil the way it has been, a burning catalytic converter, changing of spark plugs are all symptoms of these things engines going bad. So KIA played my wife until the warranty went out, no surprise, and I see online that there's a class action lawsuit against KIA for these things. I will actively start look into seeing if we can join it and discourage everyone I talk to from coming here.

When someone is kind to you, treats you with respect and does so when they have absolutely nothing to gain... that is incredibly impressive. Coming from a background in sales myself I can say I have the utmost respect for Rebecca and Tyler at King’s Kia. After my 3rd Kia with absolutely no problems I chose to purchase a car through another company. Knowing that I was walking into a situation where I was turning my car in at the end of the lease and making the decision to walk away and not purchase my vehicle or do another lease, I tried to be as prepared as possible. I didn’t want to take any time away from a sales rep when I wasn’t going to be putting money in their pocket but also I was concerned that it could turn into a situation where I was pressured and rushed. I couldn’t be more wrong. As a manager Tyler was kind and even asked a couple of questions beyond business. Rebecca was professional, personable and while I didn’t get to see her “sales” side, she has the customer service piece down and I highly recommend asking for her. I will absolutely be keeping them in mind when making further purchase decisions. They might not have had my business today but they 100% EARNED my future business and 5 star recommendations.

Just wanted to drop a note here: I came in a couple months ago to test drive a car for information purposes only, I was not ready to buy at the time. I was greeted by Corey Wright and treated amazingly. He answered all my questions about the car, and even knowing up front I was not leaving with a new car that day, he let me test drive the car long enough for me to see that it would indeed be a good replacement for my aging Impala. Today Corey texted me asking if I was still looking, and even though I'm still not ready (those dang Impalas are hard to kill) I truly appreciated the text and effort put forth by him to earn the sale!
I've had my new Kia Niro just about one week. I replaced my second Prius because Toyota went to a "sporty, low to the ground" look on the Prius. The crossover size is perfect and yes, it does average 50 mpg!. I find it loves 40 miles per hour to reach and maintain that gas mileage. Like the Prius is has plenty of power for interstate ramps and driving. The gas mileage drops to about 46-48 mpg on the highway. Smooth, quite ride and I love the safety features. I'm still playing with Apply Play and other features to set up what I need. Talk to Tony to buy yours. I have to say everyone at Kings treated me well. It helped to know what model, color and features I wanted before visiting the dealership. I also knew my credit score and what to expect for financing.
We had such an amazing experience with the sales team at Kings Kia. They got me into my first mom mobile (Sedona) at a great price and the buying process was actually FUN!
I had just purchased a Kia Soul and could not be happier with my purchase. I worked with Aaron Hunter who helped be find the perfect car! The staff was extremely friendly and caring. They also have popcorn 😁
