I would like to emphasize and remind our valued customers to exercise extreme caution when entering or exiting our shop driveway. We have experienced numerous close calls, almost on a daily basis, where we have nearly been rear-ended or side-swiped by passing vehicles while waiting in traffic to turn into our driveway. Furthermore, the end of our driveway is frequently used as a location for U-turns, including by semi-trucks. So while I know we are all on a time crunch and in a hurry, everyone's safety is of utmost importance.

When this customer first started trucking, we would cringe at his weekly calls, but we helped him get up and running. He hadn't needed us for a while until recently. Thankfully, he made it to the shop with a truck that wasn't performing well. As you can see, the rear differential was done for, and the truck needed a new one. The truck was repaired, and we haven't had a cringe-worthy call from the customer since.
