Driven Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Writer / Advisor to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, honest, and comfortable working directly with customers and technicians in a busy automotive repair environment.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
• Automotive repair industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prepare estimates and repair orders
• Comfortable using computers and shop management software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Bilingual English / Spanish required
The right candidate must be able to clearly explain repair recommendations, estimates, maintenance needs, and vehicle concerns to customers in both English and Spanish.
