I had two dash warning lights on my RX350 and needed someone to pull the codes from the ODB port and diagnose the problem. Steve quickly found some sensor wires had been chewed by squirrels which he repaired directly. He only charged me for the initial diagnosis and the labor required to splice the sensor wires back together - a pleasant outcome since I expected a much more costly repair.

Shops with lesser scruples could have easily taken advantage of the situation to recommend new sensors or more costly (and unnecessary) repairs, but Steve was refreshingly honest. I am really glad I found Precision Import Service and will return them should my RX350 require any future repair.

I come here most of the times for all my car repair needs. My family and I had an old toyota camry 2004 and a volswagen rabbit 2007. Even I had sold the old car toyota 2004 for the new one , I'm very satisfy with the works they had done on both of the cars: very skillful and expertise. I just describe what I hear from the car or about something doesn't feel right, they can fixed and correct the problem within a day without having to come back to complain or recheck and the price is very reasonable.

I came to precious and asked them for a starter replacement. They gave a better price then others I called. When I dropped the car off they did some diagnosis and said it was the battery and not the starter. Charged me a good price for the battery and didn't try to fix my starter even though I asked them to. I will definitely be back with honest service like that. Car has been running great.
