Meet Connor Fischer, Employee Owner 👋
(…and future commercial superstar?! 👀)

Connor is part of our sales team in Frederick, MD and has been part of the Fitz family for 3 years, including time at our Subaru store in Gaithersburg.

"I've been obsessed with cars and music as long as I can remember, so I love getting to be around cars and help people find a vehicle that makes them happy."

His favorite memories? The cookouts at the Frederick FitzMall. "Everyone's in a good mood, I can hand my guests a fresh burger or dog, and it feels like a family barbecue. I'm proud to work here, be part of the ESOP, and represent the Fitz family." 💥

For National Customer Service Week, we're taking a moment to recognize the incredible employee-owners across Fitzgerald Auto Mall who go above and beyond for our customers every day. From answering questions and offering guidance to making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free, their dedication makes a difference.

We're especially grateful for the guests who take the time to share their experiences. 💙 Your kind words mean so much to our team!

Here's to the people who make the Fitz Way experience one worth coming back to - with never any fuss, malarkey or hoopla. 😉

Used in a sentence: "I went to Fitzgerald Auto Mall and there were no shenanigans."

Real prices. No mystery fees. No shenanigans. That's the FitzWay.

Good neighbors show up. 🤝 On National Good Neighbor Day, we're looking back at the drives, events, and partnerships that remind us why we love the communities we serve. Thank you for letting us be your neighbor!

Tom? We don't know him. 😉

All we know is - no fuss. That's the FitzWay.

We're halfway through National Dog Week! 🐾

Together we're celebrating the loyal and loving furry friends who make every day better. Here's how you can join in:

🏡 Adopt, don't shop: Thinking about adding a pup to the family? Local shelters and rescues are full of amazing dogs ready for their forever homes. Here at Fitzgerald Auto Malls we regularly host adoption events - our upcoming dates are October 10th and 17th at Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg and Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville, respectively!

🩺 Show some TLC: Book that vet checkup, update their ID tags, or give your pup a spa day!

🎾 Make a donation: Drop off food, toys, blankets, or treats at a nearby shelter, or give a few hours as a volunteer.

🎖️ Thank a working dog: From service and therapy dogs to K9 officers and search-and-rescue heroes, these pups give so much. Give them a shoutout in the comments!

📸 Share your best friend: Drop a photo of your dog below! 👇

We're so grateful we get to be involved with our local shelters, holding many fundraisers and adoption events over the years. We've loved meeting so many furry friends and their owners, and we can't wait to continue supporting our community!

Our 4th Annual Car & Truck Show Fundraiser was one for the record books! 🏁

🚗 221 vehicles registered
🐾 $2,180 raised, with 100% of the proceeds going to Frederick Friends of Our County Animal Shelter.

A huge thank you to Twisted Rodz of Maryland for co-sponsoring. Their club ran the day and kept everything moving smoothly, and we couldn't have done it without them. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who brought their rides out, stopped by the booths, and supported a great cause. See you next year!

One year ago today, heaven gained a special man. But his legacy is everywhere.

Mr. Jack Fitzgerald began his career as a determined 20-year-old door-to-door salesman, whose natural ability to connect with others led him into the automotive industry. His vision and leadership soon placed him at the forefront of the field. As the founder of Fitzgerald Auto Malls, Jack built more than a business - he built a better way to do it.

Honesty. Transparency. Respect.
The foundation of The FitzWay.

In 2023, he made sure that legacy would live on - transitioning Fitzgerald Auto Malls to 100% employee ownership, so the people behind the work could share in its success.

Jack believed in doing right by people - always. And that’s how we continue to honor him.

Thank you, Jack. 🤍
