In need of accurate & comprehensive off-season fuel injector flow services?

We can test & ultrasonically clean all racing port gasoline & alcohol injectors up to 1500 PPH+ on our 2 state-of-the-art, in-house flow benches.

Gasoline Injectors up to 275 PPH are tested on our ASNU machine with GDI testing capabilities.

For all-out racing injectors, our custom-built, dedicated alcohol test bench is one of the most advanced in the country-providing both static (wide-open) & dynamic (pulsing) flow numbers, before & after ultrasonic cleaning on a true weight basis!

At PEFI, we understand that modern racing Injectors are rated by weight, aftermarket ECUs are tuned by weight, & therefore racers & tuners want to see injector output numbers represented by weight.

Furthermore, we offer the most comprehensive & complete test results in the industry with our Interactive, 3-Part, Microsoft Excel-based flow report allowing racers, tuners, & engine builders to interactively view injector flow & set deviation numbers graphically & numerically, site-by-site, one-by-one, under your specified test conditions. Just another way we bring industry-first innovations through services, as well as products!

Calibrated within +/-1% accuracy, our closed-loop temperature & pressure controlled, alcohol-specific flow bench does not simply deduce injector mass flow (lbs/hr or PPH) numbers from volumetric (cc/min) flow meters alone which often introduce systematic conversion errors from inaccurate fluid densities & frequently neglected fuel viscosities-as is done in practice by most others in the industry. Instead, we measure the weight of fuel dispensed by each injector directly, while utilizing highly accurate, engineering-grade flow meters to validate flow numbers & measure changing fuel densities in real time.

We would like to congratulate Bullet Racing Engines & mutual customer Russell Stone Racing on making it to the finals in True 10.5 utilizing one of our GEN. 3 Degreed Composite Ultralight Carbon Composite crank triggers.

We would also like to congratulate Xtreme Racing Engines & Jimmy Taylor racing on a characteristicly strong performance with a #2 qualifying effort in Pro Mod with a 3.56 @ 223 utilizing one of our latest Forged Composite Ultralight Degreed Crank Triggers.

Records fall across the country for PEFI customers!🥇🏁

Have you heard?...PEFI Carbon Crank Trigger Wheels really roll...230MPH records set across the board!

Up North-in Maryland, JTaylor Motorsport & Xtreme Racing Engines reset both ends of the 1/8th mile Pro Mod record with an incredible 3.43 @ 237 MPH pass utilizing one of our new Forged Composite Ultralight Degreed Carbon Fiber Crank Trigger wheels.

Meanwhile-down South in Texas, Hutter Performance once again reset the standing 1/2 mile speed record with an amazing 232 MPH blast in their Hutter Performance powered Cadillac CTS utilizing one of our tried-&-true Gen. 2 Composite Ultralight Carbon Composite Crank Trigger wheels.

We would like to congratulate PEFI customers & friends Kallee Mills Motorsports & team on their first Pro Mod win!

In our humble opinions, this is one of the most deserving teams we know!

This weekend was a dream come true. This was very special to me. I won my first Pro Mod race infront of my home town with my family and friends here we won the Throw Down in T Town. Big thank you to my parents, Mikey, Taylor, Jordan and last but not least Lee White. I have all the faith in my team we have a well oiled machine. Tore the motor up first round had it tore all the way down to the crankshaft and replaced 2 sleeves and heads but my guys didn’t complain once they got the job done and I had all the confidence in the world in us. Thanks to car owners Paul and Jeanne Hayden for trusting me to pilot Scarlett this is the first of many wins for this amazing team. This win is going to be with me forever. ✨
