Lousy Monday but nice and crisp. First time in 28 years, but Avalon Auto is closed till Friday. Short staffed, Main mechanic on a scheduled vacation. I got one of my back spasms Sunday that has left me worthless. Called my 2 customers in the night drop, both understood. Both are leaving vehicles till I get them done, which is unusual. Most people would have been pi**ed for the inconvenience. I'll be fine in a few days. I have noticed more patience and understanding from customers over the past couple of years anyway. The struggles of a small business. If anyone knows of any entry level to a journeyman tech I will compete with wages and train as necessary. You would be working with someone that has worked for me for 20 years if that tells you anything. Thanks, Paul Boers.
