This is from a Texas company but still very applicable. The Oklahoma tax commission said that it is just a suggestion from the Governor and President no laws or rules have changed. Oklahoma said that if you are checked with off road fuel in your vehicle all fines still apply.

Today marks the end of an era. I have decided to get out of the big truck business. Insurance and maintenance costs have convinced me to hire my fuel hauled in. It was a hard decision but I believe that it is the right choice.

I have some 20% cubes that have gotten old and a little moldy. Basically just in chunks that are easily discarded. I have in super sacks weighing about 1500 lbs each. On sale for $375 per ton. Sold by weight $.1875 per lb. $260 to $290 per sack.

Had to remove fuel from a generator at Winstar today because of a building collapse during the ice storm.
