Got another Street Glide wrapped up on the dyno🔥

This one came in for some routine maintenance work and the customer wanted us to go through the tune while it was here. The bike already had a Star 30/30 cam, stock head pipe decat / 2-1 conversion and a previous tune done elsewhere.

Once we started making pulls, we found the fueling still needed some work and the bike was carrying the factory RPM limiter, shutting things down around 5100rpm. It rolled in at 89hp and 106tq.

After cleaning up the tune and letting the bike actually rev where it should, it jumped to 92hp and 111tq. Then we added an HPI V2 breather and she rolled out making 99hp and 116tq 👀🔥

Not bad at all for the current setup. A proper exhaust would definitely help it even more, but the difference in how the bike runs now is huge. Smoother power, stronger pull and way happier through the entire RPM range.

You guys remember that bone stock 2023 Street Glide we posted a little while ago? Well… she’s officially finished up. 🔥

This one got an RC Components Illusion wheel setup in a 21/18 combo with matching rotors, Khrome Werks Hideaway headers paired with their 4.5 HP Plus slip ons and Race Tips, SE Heavy Breather Elite intake, ThunderMax ECU, LA Choppers bars, and a set of color matched 4.5” drop bags from Advan Black.

Truthfully, this build wasn’t about chasing huge dyno numbers. The goal was a clean, comfortable bike that looks good, sounds good, and is ready to rack up miles every day of the week. Monday through Sunday type of cruiser. 😮‍💨

The ThunderMax will have her running nice and crisp though, and she’s rolling onto our dyno this weekend so we can get everything dialed in exactly right.

We’ll also have a video dropping soon going over how the bike turned out along with a little voice over on the setup and overall build. 👀🔥

Charles brought the bike back by after we tuned it last season for a couple upgrades 🔥

The bike already ran really well, so we honestly weren’t expecting much out of the changes. We swapped the Bassani exhaust and SE air cleaner over to an HPI shorty exhaust and V2 intake with external breather lines, then threw it back on the dyno.

Even on an already solid setup, the new combo picked up another 6hp and 7tq putting it at 111hp and 121tq. Nice little reminder that the right parts package makes all the difference 👀

2018 Street Glide hot off the dyno 🔥

Customer brought this one in chasing some sputtering issues in 6th gear and wanted the overall tune checked over. We ditched the SE tuner setup and got everything cleaned up on the dyno.

Came in at 86hp / 106tq and left laying down 91hp / 110tq. Not bad at all for this 107 combo 👊

Setup consists of true dual headers, Cobra slip ons and an SE 447 cam. Smooth, crisp and ready to stack miles now 🔥

Anthony’s back! 🔥

This round we got his bike dialed in with a set of Progressive +2 front cartridges, Drag premium adjustable rear shocks, an 8” Klock Werks Sport Flare windshield, and a TC88 ignition module to wake things up a bit.

Nice tall setup with a stance that looks mean sitting still and even better rolling through the corners 😮‍💨

Safe to say this thing is setup to rip now. If you catch it in a curve somewhere, it probably won’t be there long 🫡🔥

This Gen 2 Street Glide came in for a dyno tune and left running right. 🔥🔥

Current setup is a Khrome Werks head pipe and slip ons, unknown breather, Star Racing M28 cam and tuned through a ThunderMax ECU.

After getting everything cleaned up on the dyno she laid down 120hp and 128tq with a smooth power curve and crisp throttle response. A couple small changes in parts and we believe these numbers could climb even more, but until then… she’s a ripper no doubt. 👊🔥

Brown Suga is back in action 🔥

Customer rolled into King Performance after a rear tire decided it had officially seen enough miles 😅
Turns out Metzeler really does mean it when they say there’s multiple layers in there… unfortunately it let go at above highway speeds. Huge blessing that he kept it under control and made it out safe. 🫡

We got a fresh rear tire mounted up and she’s ready to eat up miles again.

This one came in for a little wake up call. We added a ThunderMax and an HPI V2 breather to top off the cam, injectors, and manifold setup he already had.

Got it dialed on the dyno and she cleaned up real nice. Strong numbers, smooth delivery, and ready to stack miles 🔥
