The shop phone has been having some problems as far as voicemails not coming through or coming through days later. I’m not ignoring you, if I do not respond to your voicemail within 4 hours please send a text and let me know. On a side note if you call and do not leave a voicemail or text it’s very likely you will not get a response. The phone rings all day long and it’s hard to keep track of who’s been missed if there’s no message to look at. To keep my shop labor rate down I do still work in the shop myself and do not have a receptionist so bear with me.

Proper testing will save you time and money. This vehicle has been to other repair facilities and had multiple parts replaced with no fix. This happens to be a Hemi with a misfire. Knowing that it has a misfire and common lifter issues we installed a pressure sensor and graphed running compression. One good cylinder and the problem cylinder. Can you spot the difference?I’ll give you a hint, the right picture is the problem.
