🌟 Kicking Off 2026 with Energy and Gratitude! 🌟

As we turn the page to a brand-new year, the entire PTC team is buzzing with excitement coming off an incredibly strong Q4 in 2025! Despite the ongoing challenges with tariffs, our dedicated warehouse, office, and leadership teams pulled together to deliver another successful quarter. We adapted to departmental shifts, physical rearrangements for better efficiency, and kept our high fill rates strong. A huge thank you to everyone who pitched in to keep operations running smoothly and our customers happy. Well done, team!

Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet! We're targeting big sales growth, with exciting initiatives on the horizon: exploring new warehouse options internationally to optimize our supply chain and reduce tariff impacts, adding premium product lines, pursuing more direct container business, and rolling out major company-wide upgrades to warehouse management, EOS implementation, updated Core Values, and more.

We're also thrilled to welcome new team member Devin Selsar (Director of IT), along with congratulating Heather Powers on her well-deserved promotion to Order Fulfillment Manager!

We wrapped up the year on a delicious high note with our Q4 potluck, catered by the fantastic folks at Red Hen Country Market (shoutout to their mouthwatering BBQ and sides!). The food was spot-on, the vibes were great, and it was the ideal way to celebrate our hard work and camaraderie. Moments like these remind us why PTC feels like family—and full of teamwork.

Here's to crushing our goals together in 2026—putting "WE before ME," staying flexible through change, and continuing to build on the momentum from a fantastic finish to last year.
