A simple lighting upgrade made a big difference on this 2016 South Bay.

We installed blue under-deck LED lights and new LED docking lights. The sunset gave us the perfect chance to see the finished look on the water.

We promised a full reveal… and here it is! 👀🛥️

A few weeks ago, we introduced this Crest and shared some of the plans we had for it. On Labor Day, we announced that the restoration was officially complete.

Now it’s finally time to show you the finished product!

This Crest came to us already as a nice pontoon, but the goal was to give it a fresh foundation, modern upgrades, and some added touches that would completely change the experience both day and night.

The transformation included:

• All-new marine-grade decking
• Premium luxury woven vinyl flooring
• Under-deck LED lighting
• Under-seat LED lighting
• Stainless steel LED cup holders
• New 10” subwoofer and amplifier
• New fold-down cleats
• Electrical upgrades and several finishing touches throughout

The new decking and flooring gave the entire boat a fresh new foundation, while the lighting and audio upgrades really brought everything together.

And once the sun goes down… this Crest takes on a whole different look. 💙

We’re extremely happy with how this project came together and appreciate our customer trusting Premier Pontoon Restoration with their boat.

Take a look through the before, during, and after photos — and make sure you check out the nighttime shots to see the lighting in action!

What do you think of the finished transformation?

Another transformation is about to begin… 👀

No two pontoons are the same, and that’s one of the things we enjoy most about what we do. Every project brings a new opportunity to restore, upgrade, and create something unique.

This Crest is next in the shop, and while it’s already a nice boat, we have some exciting plans for it.

This build will include:
• New marine-grade decking
• Premium luxury woven vinyl flooring
• Under-deck LED lighting
• Under-seat LED lighting
• Stainless steel LED cup holders
• A new 10” subwoofer and amplifier to bring the sound system to life
• New fold-down cleats
• Plus several additional upgrades along the way.

The first deliveries have already started arriving, and we’re looking forward to bringing this customer’s vision to life.

Follow along as we share the progress from where it sits today to the finished product.

What upgrade would you be most excited to add to your own pontoon?

A transformation like this doesn’t happen overnight.

When people see the finished boat, they see the new flooring, premium seating, updated fencing, and the finished look.

What they don’t always see are the countless hours behind the scenes.

From tearing out waterlogged plywood and moss-covered carpet… to carefully fitting a brand-new marine plywood deck, filling and sanding every seam, installing premium woven vinyl flooring, test-fitting new fencing, and completing the electrical, lighting, and audio systems, because every step matters.

This is why we take pride in every restoration. It’s not about covering up problems. It’s about rebuilding these pontoons the right way so families can enjoy them for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who has followed this project and supported Premier Pontoon Restoration. We truly appreciate it.

We’d also like to thank the great companies whose products helped bring this restoration to life. We truly appreciate the quality, craftsmanship, and support from PontoonStuff, RestorePontoon.com, PMI Marine Distributors, and the many other outstanding companies that helped make this project possible.

The wait is over…

It’s been a little while since our last project update, and we’ve been busy.

Along with transforming this 2005 Crest, we’ve also been working on other customer projects behind the scenes. Rather than posting every step along the way, we’ve been focused on what matters most—delivering quality craftsmanship and making sure every detail is done right.

Months of planning, countless hours in the shop, and a lot of attention to detail all led to this moment.

Today, we’re excited to finally share this transformation.

What started as a pontoon with a waterlogged deck, carpet that was literally growing something, faded fencing, outdated seating, and electrical components that no longer worked has been completely reimagined.

We replaced the deck with new marine plywood, installed premium woven vinyl flooring, all-new fencing, premium seating, updated electrical, lighting, audio, new ladder, and so much more. This boat has truly been brought back to life.

We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and we’re incredibly thankful to our customers for trusting Premier Pontoon Restoration with their boats.

This is why we love what we do.

Like our saying goes…

Make More Memories — We’ll Handle the Rest.

What’s next at PPR?

Don’t worry… you’ll be seeing our next project very soon. 👀

What do you think of the transformation?

We would love to hear your favorite part!
