When a diesel is losing coolant and burning fluid, the real problem usually goes deeper than what shows up at first glance.

This 6.0 Power Stroke came in with coolant loss that led us to a bigger repair. It needed cylinder cups replaced due to leaking, along with head gasket repairs to address the underlying issue properly. Jobs like this are a good reminder that some problems are not quick fixes. They take careful teardown, inspection, and a clear plan to make sure the repair is handled the right way the first time. No heat in the cabin usually means something in the cooling system is not flowing the way it should.

This customer came in because their heater wasn’t putting out warm air. Using an infrared camera, we were able to check flow patterns and temperature changes in the system, which helped us identify a blockage.

That kind of testing matters because heating problems can have more than one possible cause. Taking the time to inspect the system properly helps avoid replacing parts blindly and gives a better picture of what the vehicle actually needs.

A lot of people keep driving through a small misfire hoping it will pass. Usually, it doesn’t.

Something as simple as an aging spark plug can cause rough running, poor acceleration, reduced fuel efficiency, and check engine light concerns. We’ve seen spark plug failures show up in different ways too, from broken ceramic to internal failure that affects how consistently the engine fires.

The important part is understanding that a misfire is a symptom, not the full diagnosis. In some cases, worn spark plugs are the issue. In others, they’re part of a bigger picture. That’s why taking the time to inspect the details matters.

The sooner these problems are looked at, the easier it is to understand what’s really going on and avoid bigger drivability issues later.

As the weather starts warming up, now’s a good time to pay attention to how your vehicle’s A/C is doing.

This 1934 Chevrolet Master Street Rod came to us with an air conditioning concern, and after taking the time to properly trace the issue, we were able to get it working like new again.

We see this pattern every year. A/C problems often start small: air that doesn’t feel quite as cold, weak performance at idle, longer cool-down times, or cooling that comes and goes. Those issues are easy to put off in spring, but once summer arrives, they tend to become much harder to ignore.
