STEEL STUDS
Our 1.86 alloy steel narrow snow chisels are back for the 2026/2027 season. We are proud to offer a market leading product after extensive heat treat durability testing over the last 3 years. These studs feature a fully profiled tip with minimal thread protrusion, an optimized and slightly oversized .970" base head fl**ge, standard 5/16 - 24 pitch, and a gold zinc plating.
Compatible with all 5/16 support plates and lock nuts. We recommend using them with our billet backer nuts for peak performance and support.
FYI, all 1.86 studs actually measure 2.0" tall when installed in a track (don't blame us, this naming convention has existed for decades 🧐)
