WE raised about $50 K for The Cody Family at Hatherly Country Club the other night..Bob Sweeney presented a check from Charlie and Kim Jacobs of the Bruins for $10 K , I auctioned off two rounds of golf with me at Hyannisport Club with dinner, drinks and a nights stay at my Cape House...Baxter's Boat House could be involved...The Griffin Brothers and Kathy whose a 10 did a fabulous job as did Billy Hoffman...whose an 11...the big lug....lots of Hockey celebs, Paul Devlin, Tim Sheehy, Bobby Sheehan, Dave Silk, Ralph Cox, Andy brickley, Jay Miller and the entire Brown Women's Hockey team.. Comedian Steve Sweeney who played football for my Dad at English High was so funny...great support for a good family...

Looking forward to being with my Hockey friends to dedicate the new arena to Pat Burns in Quebec this weekend...it won't be the same without Pat glaring at me and shaking his head...that all seems distant and trivial now that he's gone...for those of you that haven't yet, get a colonoscopy....don't wait until you are 50 !!!! I got colon cancer at age 43, Wendy Sittler was 45 and Pat Burns wasn't too far over 50...your problems could be all behind you...get checked....Stewy
