SafetySticks have been installed along Main Street to help reduce illegal parking and improve pedestrian safety. This pilot program is designed to keep crosswalks and designated no-parking areas clear, creating a safer environment for everyone who lives, works, and visits downtown. Parking violations documented through the system will be reviewed by the Boonton Police Department, and citations may be issued and mailed to the vehicle's registered owner. More details can be found here: https://www.boonton.org/731/SafetyStick-Pilot-Program
