Recently acquired 1978 Harley Shovelhead. Seller rode it to Retrocycle to deliver. Matching numbers and title in hand. It’s a running bike, but it’s gonna need some minor maintenance. Today at Retrocycle:
Just finished a full restoration on this very rare Remy 235C generator for late teens 20th century Harley-Davidson twins up to 1920. This was the predecessor of the Harley Model A generator.
This was a lot of work. Not a lot of information out there for these.

A lot of work to get these back to looking original.
We're currently restoring a 1960 and the OEM aluminum valve covers had to be reconditioned. This is not paint. We had them clear anodized and I believe very close to the original look.
