* Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
* Supporting daily office operations

* Accounting and billing experience required
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
