A bit slower than hoped, but our Ram TRX/RHO products continue to move forward! We’ve been so darn busy with daily production, it’s not always easy to fit in product development, but we’re pushing when possible! Hubcentric Forged indestructible TRX/RHO specific wheels are 99% there. Extend and improved rear trackbar relocation kit is done, and ready to box up. Front bumper about 90%. tunes 95% ready to go shocks can be ordered. 4 months and 3000 miles on the rear shock Rock deflectors, and Rev 2 is 90% and working awesome. Rev 3 was looked at today, and they are sooooooo good. We can provide the full package for these trucks, and if you have the will and skills, for a one day no-weld truck build they can do some unthinkable things Off-Road. Products will hit the website soon, but for now if interested never hesitate to email and check in. Couldn’t do it without by bad ass Thuren Fab team!

With some heavy mods to the existing shock package, and some of our prototype parts, we made a beast of a truck that took about 8 hours to assemble, with no welding, or even trimming of plastic. Bolt on our wheels with 37 inch tires and RIP. These trucks have potential. If the timing wasn’t bad for me I’d be with and .patenaude running the Sketchy Class at the event!

This one deserves a post. In 2014-2015 when the business was still at my house-shop, I knew it would be a profitable business move to start machining in house. My designs were getting complex, and I wanted to do things that were pushing the limits of what “normal” readily available machining could do. I had to have confidence that I could figure it out, but it was a tough one because this machine I was going to buy was very advanced for the time(mill-turn), and I had never ran a CNC machine before. The salesman for host selling it to me, looked at me like I was crazy because he said most people that bought these machines, never used all the features. It literally cost a third of the price of my house. Roxanne(I’ll explain shortly) gets delivered, and many hundreds of hours later packed into a short span of time, I’m pumping out very complex parts on my own that cost me 1/10th of the price they would have, if I had to outsource. Massive credit to my wife for having the confidence in me to pull this off. Buying Roxanne was a lot of thought and conversation between us. As always, I couldn’t do it without everyone else working for me, and here pictured named this machine Roxanne, because when he started working for m, it would “turn the red light on” quite often. The error code turning that red light on, was a long road to figure out, and turns out it was a simple as packing a couple electrical connectors full of dielectric grease, and that alone made this machine rocksolid for years, but she kept the name. I’ll be sad to see Roxanne go, but on to new Adventures!

Left or right spoke chamfer?!?! Zoom in and check these wheels out. Small detail, but we’re basically split in the shop. Only look at the spoke chamfers not the center section. What do you like better the more symmetric left side chamfer, or the tapered varying chamfer on the right? Let us know why@in the comments!

Sneak PEEK! We’re still working on the official name, but we are very close to wrapping up a super cool project we have been working on, for a LONG time! Boogie Bump Airbag Delete(BBAD KIT)? Boogie Bump Load Supports(BBLS KIT?) Help us name it! Scroll to the side and you’ll get the idea. Quick change from Boogie Mode to Tow Mode, in 1 minute, without getting under the truck! Many more details when we get closer to release. Hopefully just another week or so!

Our Ram 1500 UCA’s are finished! This was a fun project. Read all about them on the website. There are some unique details we employed and we’re super happy with the outcome.

Thuren Fab Ram 1500 UCAs coming very soon! These UCA’s are not just cookie-cutter arms, like many others. Main pivots are our same Poly Spherical joints used in our 2500/3500 control arms. The ball joint is custom built by for us, based around the Ram 2500/3500 lower ball joint, and being EMF naturally it’s rebuildable and greaseable! The upper joint housing is designed and machined in house, and is super compact so even factory offset wheels will clear 35’s. Naturally, tons of angle in the ball joint so it’s ready for increased wheel travel! Hope to have on the website and available in a week or two. Stay tuned!

More details coming soon. We’re doing some real cool s**t lately. In a nutshell, our 3/4 million dollar 9 axis CNC investment is rocking, and the wizard ae_duch has us in a place where some machined aluminum parts are more cost effective than welded steel. That lower arm is a one-op deal. Less than an hour start to finish to machine!
